  1. Create a Sentry internal integration, copy Komodor's webhook URL, and assign issue and event permissions.
  2. Configure Alertmanager by base64-encoding its secret, reloading pods, and routing alerts to Komodor.
  3. Set Grafana contact points and notification policies so alerting also forwards to Komodor.
