Kueue is Kubernetes-native job queueing and resource admission for batch, HPC, and AI/ML workloads. It decides when workloads may start based on quotas, priority, and available capacity, then leaves pod placement to the Kubernetes scheduler.
The project supports shared ClusterQueues, namespace-scoped LocalQueues, ResourceFlavors, fair sharing, preemption, topology-aware scheduling, and multi-cluster dispatch. It integrates with Kubernetes Job, JobSet, KubeRay, Kubeflow Trainer, and other workload APIs.
